All units are cut to order by our state of the art CNC machines. Heavy duty and hard wearing and made to last - specifically designed to withstand the rough and tumble of a working van.

The units are available in - Four heights 862mm, 1087mm, 1237mm and 1537mm - Four widths 500mm, 750mm 1000mm and 1200mm - Two depths 269mm and 384mm.

The van racking units are a unique modular design which is fully adjustable to be adapted to suit personal requirements. Units can be bolted together to create extra length and extra shelves can be added along with extra dividers so creating a bespoke solution for racking/shelving needs at affordable prices.

All of the van shelving units are manufactured from CE marked 12mm BB Grade Birch plywood.

The plywood van racking units are constructed using traditional mortise and tenon joints (front, back, base and sides) - so ensuring strength and durability. In addition to the mortise and tenon joints all shelves are then nailed together.

Additional extra shelves and dividers are available to purchased separately.

Each plywood van shelving unit can be assembled in under 10 minutes using a 13mm spanner or socket. Shelves are supplied fully assembled. The only assembly required is to bolt the shelves to the side panels. All coach bolts, washers and nyloc nuts are supplied. Dividers are secured using screws (supplied).

The van ply shelving units are designed and manufactured to fit primarily over the Drivers (off side) and Passenger (near side) rear wheel arches but can be fitted anywhere required in the van. The van ply racking units can be fitted using L shaped brackets (not supplied), screwed, bolted or riveted.

The modular design is a great build for cheap diy installation and the van shelving units are easily adaptable for your van storage ideas or plans.

Each shelf is also designed to hold a number of either XL3 plastic storage bins or XL4 Bins and we have also designed some of our shelves with securing holes to accept Festool, Systainer and Tanos Storage Containers.
