We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 working days (excl. weekends and bank holidays) for stock items. All delivery timescales are anticipated and are not guaranteed.

Example:-

Monday PM - Order Placed.
Tuesday (Day 1) - Order Processed.
Wednesday (Day 2) - Dispatched Via Courier Company.
Thursday (Day 3) - Items(s) Out For Delivery.

We use DX Freight for our courier and orders are dispatched using a 24hrs service.

If a valid mobile phone number and/or email address is supplied tracking information will be supplied.

DX Freight deliver Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. If for any reason there will be no one at the delivery address please could a note addressed to Parcelforce be left on the door stating where you would like the item left (i.e. Neighbour etc.).

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
